Summary

GKR was awarded a contract to remove and replace the veranda connecting classrooms on the first floor & carry out repairs to the parapit wall of this building that dates from the 1900's. 

The project was to be completed during the holiday period to minimize disruption to both the staff and students of the school.

Multiple trades were required to aid with the removal of the existing veranda, install the new windows, roof, walls and light wells, along with the upgrade of internal lighting to energy saving LED bulbs on timer 

The contract was completed using both GKR direct and specialist sub-contractor labour. Works were completed on-time and finished to our high standards.
