Summary

GKR was awarded a multi-site external works contract involving road surface renewals, increased parking areas, road layout improvements and new lighting scheme.

The project was completed whilst both facilities were fully operational. This involved detailed planning to minimize disruption to both shared site educational facilities of Chepstow School & King Henry’s School.

The contract was completed using both GKR direct and specialist sub-contractor labour and achieved its goal of improved safety to the external surrounds of the Leisure Centres.

Contract Value - £360,000

Contract Period - 16 Weeks
