GKR’s experienced Aids and Adaptations team has achieved a glowing review from a satisfied resident at a property in the Cardiff area.

In the first quarter of 2026, the GKR team was commissioned by WWHA to install an accessible kitchen, as well as installing new flooring and undertaking related works at the property for a visually impaired resident.

In their 5-star Google review, the resident wrote of the works: “GKR Maintenance installed an accessible kitchen. All work was carried out by helpful, professional but friendly staff. The quality of the work was excellent and their attention to detail faultless. I would definitely recommend this company and the work they have done has age-proofed my home by the adaptations made within cupboards. All fixtures and fittings were of a high quality. Needless to say, I am more than pleased”.

Rob Llewelyn, Scheme Manager at WWHA, described the resident’s comments as “Great feedback”, and Adrian Jarman Contract Manager of the Aids and Adaptations Team said, “We are always pleased to receive feedback from residents, we take pride in the work we do and knowing that our work has made someone’s day is priceless”.

In 2025 GKR delivered Aids and Adaptations projects to a value of over £550,000 in South Wales.
