Summary
GKR has recently completed a large Icopal specified roof renewal to the main concourse shopping centre.
The works involved managing approved Icopal installers and delivering the contract through to completion during the winter months.
The Contract was delivered in a timely manner on budget and we look forward to negotiating the 2nd Phase of this project later in 2017.
Contract Value - £160,000
Contract Period - 8 Weeks
