These men were courteous & respectful to us both; nothing was too much trouble & were more than willing to answer any questions, all of them experts in their professions. Their work is of an extremely high standard.

Residents were all very happy with the work GKR have done on their bathrooms, the workforce were all very polite and helpful, cleaned up after themselves and also vacuumed the stairs for residents which they were very pleased with.
TCBC have been working with GKR through a framework contract for provision of reactive maintenance and small planned works. We have found GKR to provided a competent, effective and efficient service for our site portfolio. Planned maintenance, responsive and reactive works are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Responsive and reactive work is backed and supported by contract admin and an helpdesk based at their Bridgend depot which provides a good point of call service. Planned work is managed via a dedicated contracts manager to a good standard. TCBC have found this contract to be fair and effective in the delivery of these services.’
In reactive maintenance clients only focus on noise from jobs that go wrong. There is generally little praise for a job well done. On this basis no news is good news. I hear very little noise about GKR’s performance which is unusual in the building fabric category
GKR has proved, so far, to be very reliable and sympathetic to our needs. All reactive and planned works have been complete as per schedule and at a reasonable cost
