With summer drawing to a close so are the works that GKR Maintenance & Building Co. Ltd have been carrying out throughout schools in South Wales.

Working with local authorities we put together a works programme that saw GKR working in over 30 schools, whilst continuing to provide our 24/7 comprehensive reactive maintenance service across South Wales, South West England and the Midlands and the continued Kitchen & Bathroom upgrade renewals to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).

Fairwater High School, Cwmbran was one of the schools where we were working. We carried out a wide range of tasks, including refurbishment of their DDA Toilet/shower room, refurbishment of the Physio room- new flooring & access ramps. All works were completed within the tight timescale.
