GKR Maintenance & Building Co. Ltd are pleased to announce a 3 year contract with Alliance Boots to complete reactive and planned building maintenance on their stores & assets.

The £5.4m contract will involve making valuable improvements, as well as on-going building maintenance to Boots properties in Mid & South Wales, The South West and into the Midlands.

As well as this we were given the 2012 Excellence Award.

GKR has carried out the reactive maintenance for Alliance Boots property portfolio for South Wales & South West England for the past seven years and during this time become one of the leading retail reactive maintenance contractors in the country winning several client national contractor awards. GKR has built up a loyal skilled staff base, with all of our operational management team starting as skilled site operatives, progressing to team leaders and contract managers.
