In 2011, we took an active role in seeking out schools that would benefit from collabration with us. Ysgol Y Pant have a strong track record in delivering BTEC qualifications in construction however they sometimes struggle in bringing the subject to life.

We have been helping the school by providing classroom materials and direct access to our staff through their lessons. In addition, we have a number of trained Construction Ambassadors who undertake a range of activites in our local schools and colleges. These session help pupils develop a keen interest in the construction sector.

"Students were encouraged from the outset to ask questions and seemed very interested in role and routes into the industry. 7 students in total attenend all doing BTEC level 2 in Construction. The session helped them towards satisfying various sections of their coursework."
