As you will be aware COVID-19 is sweeping through the UK and in accordance with the latest government advice to stay at home and save lives, we will be closing our head office and site operations today.
This has the impact that we are, with immediate effect, suspending all planned maintenance visits, inspections and reactive visits to stores until further notice.
With regards to all new emergency orders, we will continue to support your business through this challenging time and our Emergency Response Team will be in place 24hrs / 7 days a week and you can log calls as normal through our emergency call centre. You must tell us if you have any issues or suspected cases relating to COVID-19 at the site.
Additionally we have setup a new email address for urgent queries- email@example.com where a member of staff will respond accordingly.
