- Oversees training and development and instrumental in company gaining IIP recognition in 2009
- Construction Skills Construction Ambassador
- Recently completed the Windsor triathlon (1500m swim, 42km cycle & 10km run) in 2hrs 47 and plays golf to a handicap of 10

Jayne Rowland-Evans BSc (Hons) MRICS – Director
- 4 years experience in Estate Management before joining GKR in 1999
- Successfully developed the Social Housing planned and reactive maintenance division into being one of the leading providers in South Wales
- Project management experience includes renewal of 500 kitchen and 400 bathrooms per year for leading social landlord in South Wales
- Construction Skills Construction Ambassador
- Used to enjoy riding motorbikes, but now spends her time outside work cycling and walking with her husband and two children.

- Driving force behind geographical expansion in last 10 years for Retail and Leisure side of the business

- Avid Manchester United supporter and plays golf, occasionally enjoying it
