I would be very grateful if you could pass on our appreciation to the 3 men from GKR who worked with us at our site in Newport. Without their help and professionalism the move at Newport would never have gone live on the 6^th October. Never once did they object to any request regarding the moving of items and without such help we would never have moved in time.

Planned maintenance, responsive and reactive works are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Responsive and reactive work is backed and supported by contract admin and an helpdesk based at their Bridgend depot which provides a good point of call service.  Planned work is managed via a dedicated contracts manager to a good standard.  TCBC have found this contract to be fair and effective in the delivery of these services.’
